
Millers Falls No 707 Block Plane
as illustrated in a 1961 Millers Falls catalog.
A standard angle (20°) plane for general all-around work. Well designed cast iron construction with polished bottom, and sides finished in gray enamel. Solid tool steel cutter. Knob operating cap clamp is nickel plated. Length 7″; width of iron 1⅝.

As stated in the advertising material the lever caps were finished in red enamel. Knobs were either stained or painted black, depending on era. The sides of the plane were not milled or sanded, but left rough. Early versions carried the V-Line (Value Line) label on lower part of the cap from 1956 until around 1960.
